Log In Function

Using the Log In function can help reduce the amount of information you need to fill in for each complaint you'd like to submit. Simply choose a platform to login from [Facebook, Google (Gmail), LinkedIn, Microsoft (Hotmail, Outlook, Live)].

Once you've logged in, you may need to fill out your contact details one time before the system automatically remembers your details for the next time you log in.

Please note, the system will not have access to post to your social media accounts if you choose to log in through social media.

    Please note, we need the specific date and time to be able to investigate the aircraft operations causing the disturbance. If that information is not provided, we are not able to accurately analyze your complaint and therefore it will not be registered.

    To submit more than one complaint within the same minute, the disturbance times must include different ‘seconds’ so the software can recognize them as unique complaints. The seconds do not need to be accurate – they are merely for the purpose of separating complaints within the same minute from one another. Otherwise, editing the ‘seconds’ is not necessary.

    Our complaint process requires complaints against an operation in any given month to be submitted by the 5th day of the following month.
